IFATCA is the recognised international organisation representing air traffic controller associations. The Federation has been representing air traffic controllers for more than 60 years, and has member associations in more than 130 countries.
Industry Partners support the aims of the Federation by complying with the Code of Practice for Industry Partners as defined in our Administrative Manual, by supplying the Federation with technical and other information and advice, and by the payment of an annual subscription.
The Speak English Program provides an environment where air traffic controllers and other aviation professionals can practice plain English language and build up self-confidence in both usual and unusual situations that necessitate departure from standard R/T phraseology.
