As a Senior Air Traffic Controller at Maastricht UAC (MUAC), EGATS Board Member and former Staff Representative, Fred brings a wealth of experience in ATC, complex International issues and in leading, and managing groups of multi-cultural professionals to the Executive Board.

He has held several positions as staff representative in Maastricht UAC, including that of Vice-President of the Trade Union Eurocontrol Maastricht and President of the centre's staff committee. He has a considerable network in Europe, having represented ATCEUC at international meetings. As member of the EGATS delegation, he has attended the majority of IFATCA Annual Conferences and Regional Meetings over the last decade and a half.
