Conference & Regional Meetings |
IFATCA allows it's members active participation throughout
the year through its various Standing Committees, and in
addition there is an Annual Conference held each spring that
is attended by the majority of Member Associations.The
51st Annual Conference will be hosted by the Nepal Air
Traffic Controllers Association in Khatmandu, Nepal between the 12th and 16th
March 2012.
Each
region is responsible for organising it's own Regional
Meeting, these are held annually usually in the autumn and
enable each region to focus on it's own particular concerns.
In addition to attendance by Air Traffic Controllers
these events are widely attended by other interested parties
such as ATM equipment manufacturers, airlines, regulatory
authorities and consultative bodies such as Eurocontrol,
ICAO and IFALPA. Dates and locations of this year's
Conference and Regional Meetings are shown below:
